Deposit
At Casitas del Arco Iris, we want to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. To guarantee the safety and good condition of our facilities, we require a security deposit upon check-in.
What is the deposit for?
The security deposit is €150, which is held as a guarantee during your stay. This deposit allows us to cover any potential damage to the property, lack of cleaning, and failure to separate waste for recycling.
Once your stay is over, and after an inspection of the accommodation, we will return your deposit if there are no issues.
Check-in-out
- Check-In: From 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Before 12:00
To check in earlier or check out later, please inquire.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following refunds of the amount paid on account will be made:
- 1 month prior:A full refund will be issued.
- Up to 15 days prior: 50% will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days:No refund.
