Here were the farm workers’ quarters. Its name comes from the fact that in front of the house there is a large underground rainwater collection tank that supplied the houses and orchards. Today we use the collected water to water the gardens of Las Casitas.

To make the house live up to its name, we have made a small pond where you can observe frogs and fish, as well as a huge variety of birds that will drink and bathe, especially at dawn and late in the afternoon.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen-dining room and the living room with fireplace.

On the upper floor there are the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

It has a garden with barbecue, porch with table, chairs and loungers.
